Retail Manager

Manage the store sales team to ensure customers are helped in a timely and friendly fashion while conducting weekly manual audits on inventory. Lead inventory management by maintaining back stock, unpacking boxes weighing 10-60 pounds, and reporting customer feedback. Order store supplies, help with scheduling coverage, and establish rapport with return customers and the local community. Merchandise items up to 50 pounds to create visual impact in window displays and on the floor, and assist with marketing merchandise and in-store events on social media. Resolve building maintenance issues and maintain a clean environment for staff and customers. Requires 3 years of retail management experience and knowledge of POS systems and Shopify.
