Retail Manager

Manage the store sales team to ensure customers are helped in a timely and friendly fashion while leading weekly manual audits on inventory. Conduct inventory management, maintain back stock, and order store supplies. Help with scheduling and schedule coverage, establish rapport with return customers and the local community, and market merchandise through social media. Merchandise window displays and floor items, unpacking boxes weighing up to 60 pounds, and maintain a clean environment. Report customer feedback and resolve building maintenance issues. Requires three years of retail management experience, including POS and Shopify knowledge, with flexible hours including holidays.
