Retail Manager

Manage the store sales team to ensure customers are helped in a timely and friendly fashion while conducting weekly manual audits and leading inventory management. Maintain and organize back stock, order supplies, and unpack heavy boxes up to 60 pounds. Merchandise window displays and floor items, creating visual impact and establishing rapport with local community and return customers. Report customer feedback and resolve building maintenance issues, ensuring a clean environment for staff and shoppers. Handle scheduling coverage and assist with social media marketing for in-store events. This role requires three years of retail management experience and knowledge of POS systems and Shopify.
