Retail Manager

Manage the store sales team to ensure customers are helped in a timely and friendly fashion while leading weekly manual inventory audits and conducting counts. Conduct inventory management, maintain back stock, and order store supplies. Help with scheduling and coverage, unpacking heavy boxes weighing 10-60 pounds, and merchandise items up to 50 pounds. Maintain a clean environment, organize window displays and floor merchandising, and establish rapport with return customers and the local community. Report customer feedback and resolve building maintenance issues. Help market merchandise and in-store events on social media. Flexible to work different schedules as needed, including holidays.
