Retail Manager

Manage the store sales team to ensure customers are helped in a timely and friendly fashion. Conduct and lead inventory management, including weekly manual audits, unpacking heavy boxes (10-60 pounds), and maintaining organized back stock. Order store supplies, merchandise window displays and floor items to create visual impact, and help with scheduling coverage. Establish rapport with return customers and local community while reporting customer feedback and resolving building maintenance issues. Maintain a clean environment for staff and customers. Lift fixtures and display items up to 50 pounds. Report to the Retail Director at an LA-based brand offering upward mobility.
