Retail Manager

Manage the store sales team to ensure timely and friendly customer assistance while maintaining a clean environment for staff and customers. Conduct and lead inventory management, including weekly manual audits, unpacking heavy boxes up to 60 pounds, and maintaining organized back stock. Order store supplies, merchandise visual displays in window and floor locations, and help with scheduling and coverage. Establish rapport with return customers and local community, report customer feedback, and resolve building maintenance issues. Assist with marketing merchandise and in-store events on social media. Requires three years of retail management experience and flexibility for different schedules, including holidays.
