Job Summary
Execute store operational objectives by staffing open positions, managing team performance, and meeting revenue and donation targets. Direct daily activities through scheduling, goal setting, and training new employees while ensuring compliance with safety policies and company standards. Monitor sales, inventory, and loss prevention to maintain financial health and customer service levels. Ensure timely store openings and proper merchandising presentation. Travel within Arkansas, occasionally out-of-state, and work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends in excess of 40 hours weekly. Maintain a clean, safe environment while driving Goodwill's mission to help people find employment.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED
- Specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area
- 2 years related experience
- 2 years related management experience
- Driver's License
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Acceptable background check
- Driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to work on short notice
- Ability to work holidays
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work frequently in excess of 40 hours a week
- Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- Ability to function in a hectic work environment
- Ability to handle occasional periods of high stress

- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 35 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
