Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service and warm hospitality while supporting all facets of store operations. Stock, merchandise, and maintain inventory, then train retail staff on POS, cash handling, espresso machine use, and daily duties. Operate cash registers, process payments, and manage barista areas to prepare and serve food and beverages. Identify stock needs, receive deliveries, and organize storage areas to ensure a clean, safe environment. Communicate professionally with staff and management, address safety issues, and perform additional lodge support as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one-year prior work experience in retail leadership, restaurant or other customer service/hospitality
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience successfully living/working in rural/remote environment
- Strong guest service and hospitality focus
- Reliable, dependable and punctual
- Works well as part of a team and supports others
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Follows company policies, procedures and safety standards
- Mature and personable with a relaxed nature
- Adheres to food handling and sanitation requirements
- Communicates appropriately, supportively and professionally
- Adaptable, takes initiative, and able to multitask and troubleshoot in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrates good judgment, integrity, honesty and professionalism

- Leading a healthy, balanced, drug-free lifestyle
- Ability to stand and move continuously
- Lifting up to 50 pounds and moving carts weighing 300 pounds
- Working with required chemicals and PPE
- Shifts of up to 8 hours per day, plus periodic additional overtime hours and help covering additional shifts when needed
- Ability to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions
- Adherence to departmental uniform standards
