Job Summary
Oversee daily retail and cafeteria operations while supporting the General Manager with overall success. Train, motivate, and direct frontline team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive customer experience. Plan and supervise special functions, manage cash controls, and maintain payroll records and operational reports. Ensure strict compliance with client guidelines, company standards, and health department regulations. Handle hiring and team development while delivering excellent customer service. Requires at least two years of retail operational management experience in food-service environments. Located in Staten Island, New York.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate degree
- At least 2 years of retail operational management experience
- Experience managing daily retail operations
- Experience supervising and training employees
- Experience handling cash retail operations and maintaining operational reports
- Experience supporting customer service standards
