Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry standards. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to keep products available for customers. Implement promotional campaigns to drive store traffic and sales. Conduct staff training to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and team performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain the highest satisfaction levels. Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify growth opportunities. Ensure the store is visually appealing and delivers the signature Priceline experience. Full-time position working 5 days a week with a competitive salary.
