Job Summary
Oversee the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's CLUB credit program and customer experience culture by incorporating exclusive benefits into conversations and merchandising cost savings programs for higher visibility. Act as the primary CLUB liaison to ensure retail leadership and outfitters understand current promotions while executing onsite and offsite events that meet brand standards. Build strong relationships with the General Manager and outfitters to motivate them, facilitate CLUB 101 training for new hires, and implement store-level recognition initiatives. Design strategies to meet key CLUB metrics by analyzing daily reporting and leading corrective action plans for missed targets. Execute all operational and compliance programs, including the CLUB instant issuance process and inventory management procedures, while recruiting and retaining great talent through coaching and individualized development plans.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 to 4+ years Sales, Management, or Leadership Experience
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret a variety of other financial, legal, and technical information
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Managers, associates, customers, and the public
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and electronic point of sale and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, associates, customers and with the Corporate Staff
- Demonstrated use of Team concept of Management
- As needed for training and CLUB off-site events
