Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Retail Stores, Customer Service Center, and Merchandising Department. Enhance organizational effectiveness through continuous improvement strategies, ensuring consistency and compliance across locations. Provide support and guidance to Front of House associates, creating a comprehensive training and development plan. Identify and cultivate talent, fostering an environment that values creativity and collaboration. Conduct regular store visits for coaching and praise, while strategizing customer facing activities to increase satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive background in Retail and Customer Service, including training and multi-location development
- Experience managing standards and expectations across multiple locations
