Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Boots Lisburn (Sprucefield) responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing the sales team to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. Focus on inspirational and personalized customer service, driving store performance, staff development, inventory control and cash reconciliation, with experience in cosmetics retail and POS software. Requires supervisory experience, ability to work flexible retail hours (including nights, weekends, and events), and proficiency in Microsoft Office; must have right to live and work in the country.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- Supervisory/coaching experience
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
