Job Summary
Manage assigned retail location operations including inventory management, warehouse management, receiving, ticketing, and distribution. Coordinate guest services to ensure positive staff and customer experiences while overseeing merchandising, purchasing, and store opening/closing procedures. Address customer issues, verify financial transaction accountability, and lead periodic physical inventories. Work with HR to hire staff, ensure accurate staffing for events, and maintain payroll budget compliance. Ensure development of customer service programs and product knowledge training. Maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually helpful business relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills acquired
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or another related field
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales systems
- Ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule that includes some evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service mode
Desired Qualifications
- Profit and loss (P&L) accountability and /or contract -managed service experience preferred
