Job Summary
Retail Management Trainee’s responsibilities include performing tire services, oil changes, battery installations, multi-point inspections, and minor maintenance following established processes; handling phones, onboarding customers, estimating service requests, and selling/promoting all products and services to retail customers while maintaining positive customer relations. Additional duties as requested by management. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with acceptable history and reliable transportation, ability to bend, stoop, kneel, stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and there are opportunities to grow and advance; five-day work week with Sundays closed, plus benefits such as PTO/Holidays, health/dental/vision, life/disability insurance, 401(k), employee discounts, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have a valid drivers’ license, acceptable driver history and access to reliable transportation
- Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, handle prolonged standing and walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., often repetitively
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner
- Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings
