Job Summary
Monitor customer and teammate traffic to detect and deter shoplifting while following dress code standards. Complete detailed incident reports in LPMS for recoveries and shoplifting events, then follow up with local authorities for external case resolution. Assist in monitoring store compliance with safety policies, operational controls, and Merchandise Expose Standards execution. Deescalate confrontations involving athletes exhibiting concerning behavior and participate in Shrink Coach meetings and training sessions. Conduct MES sweeps, fitting room checks, and safety standards audits when athlete traffic is slow. Adhere to established policies regarding loss prevention and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information.
Required Qualifications
- 100% ability to walk sales floor, stockrooms and office areas during duration of shift
- Ability to deescalate incidents involving confrontation by Athletes exhibiting concerning behavior
- Requires 100% ability to walk sales floor, stockrooms and office areas during duration of shift

- Based on the location of the House of Sport, you may be required to submit relevant state mandated clearances to supervise minors
Desired Qualifications
- 1- 3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred
