Retail Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily Store Loss Prevention and safety program tasks, including observing, apprehending, and deterring acts of dishonesty from outside sources. Identify and resolve internal and external theft while maintaining positive relationships with Store Management. Communicate with Associates on damage and shrink initiatives, complete investigations and surveillance as assigned, and ensure apprehensions align with store theft activity. Maintain appropriate evidence, distribute paperwork accurately, and coordinate shrink reduction activities in partnership with management. Adhere to established shoplifter guidelines, labor laws, and policies to support a safe environment and store shrink reduction goals.
