Retail Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily Store Loss Prevention and safety programs, including observing, apprehending, and deterring acts of dishonesty from outside sources. Identify and resolve internal and external theft while communicating with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives. Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned, ensuring apprehensions align with store theft activity and maintaining appropriate evidence. Complete and distribute paperwork accurately, coordinate shrink reduction activities with Store Management, and support maintenance of a safe environment. Maintain positive relationships with Store Management and adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
