Retail Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily Store Loss Prevention and safety program tasks, including observing, apprehending, and deterring acts of dishonesty from outside sources. Identify and resolve internal and external theft while maintaining positive relationships with Store Management. Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned, ensuring apprehensions align with store theft activity and established policies. Complete and distribute paperwork accurately, maintain appropriate evidence, and coordinate shrink reduction activities in partnership with management. Promote safety awareness and support maintenance of a safe environment while adhering to all labor laws and procedures.
