Retail Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily Store Loss Prevention and safety program tasks, including observing, apprehending, and deterring acts of dishonesty from outside sources. Identify and resolve internal and external theft while maintaining positive relationships with Store Management. Communicate with associates on damage and shrink initiatives, participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned, and ensure apprehensions align with store theft activity. Complete and distribute paperwork accurately, maintain appropriate evidence, and coordinate shrink reduction activities in partnership with Store Management. Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures while promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.
