Job Summary
Conduct daily loss prevention and safety program tasks, including apprehending suspects within established policies and deterring dishonesty from outside sources. Identify and resolve internal and external theft while observing and detering acts of dishonesty. Coordinate shrink reduction activities with Store Management, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain evidence consistent with law enforcement procedures. Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned, ensuring all actions align with store theft activity and legal guidelines. Maintain positive relationships with Store Management and Associates regarding damage and shrink initiatives.
