Retail Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending suspects per policy, investigating internal and external theft, and deterring dishonesty from outside sources. Coordinate shrink reduction activities with Store Management, maintain appropriate evidence, and complete paperwork accurately. Communicate with store Associates regarding damage initiatives and uphold shoplifter guidelines while observing and resolving theft incidents. Ensure all apprehensions align with store theft activity and participate in assigned surveillance. Maintain positive relationships with Store Management and support maintenance of a safe environment. Adhere to labor laws and procedures while promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.
