Retail Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending shoplifters, investigating theft, and deterring dishonesty from outside sources. Maintain positive relationships with store management, communicate on shrink initiatives, and coordinate shrink reduction activities. Observe and resolve internal and external theft while ensuring all apprehensions and evidence handling comply with established policies and law enforcement procedures. Complete paperwork accurately, distribute reports timely, and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs, with a starting pay range of $14.55 to $20.40 per hour.
