Retail Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily store loss prevention and safety programs, including apprehending individuals within established policies and deterring acts of dishonesty from outside sources. Identify and resolve internal and external theft while observing, apprehending, and/or deters shoplifting activities. Coordinate shrink reduction activities with Store Management, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain appropriate evidence demonstrating understanding of law enforcement procedures. Communicate with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives and participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned. Maintain positive relationships with Store Management and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. This position requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and investigative abilities. Starting pay ranges from $16.90 to $20.40 per hour.
