Retail Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily Store Loss Prevention and safety programs, including observing, apprehending, and deterring acts of dishonesty from outside sources. Maintain positive relationships with Store Management while communicating on damage and shrink initiatives. Identify and resolve internal and external theft, ensuring apprehensions align with established policies and guidelines. Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned, completing paperwork accurately and maintaining appropriate evidence. Coordinate shrink reduction activities and support maintenance of a safe environment. Requires sound judgment, investigative skills, and flexibility to work varying schedules. Starting pay ranges from $14.55 to $20.40 per hour.
