Job Summary
Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending shoplifters, investigating internal and external theft, and coordinating shrink reduction activities. Maintain positive relationships with store management, complete required paperwork, and ensure evidence handling aligns with law enforcement procedures. Communicate with associates on damage initiatives and deter dishonesty from outside sources while promoting a culture of honesty and integrity. Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and established guidelines. Requires basic computer skills, sound judgment, and investigative abilities; flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay ranges from $15.15 to $20.40 per hour.
