Job Summary
Loss Prevention Detective responsible for apprehensions within store policies, conducts investigations and surveillance, identifies and resolves theft (internal and external), and coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management. Maintains confidentiality, adheres to shoplifter guidelines, provides customer-focused service, observes and deters dishonesty, participates in legal activities as needed (e.g., police calls), and supports safety and shrink-reduction programs to meet store goals.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years retail or security experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Basic time management skills
- Investigative / analytical skills
- Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
