Job Summary
Retail Loss Prevention Detective at TJ Maxx - support store loss prevention and safety programs, maintain relationships with store management, conduct apprehensions within policy, communicate with associates on shrink initiatives, identify and resolve internal/external theft, follow shoplifter guidelines, provide courteous customer service, participate in investigations and surveillance, ensure lawful handling of evidence, coordinate shrink-related activities with store management, and support shrink-reduction goals while upholding safety and compliance across store operations.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years retail or security experience
- Excellent communication skills
