Retail Loss Prevention Detective

Perform store loss prevention duties including apprehensions within established policies, participate in investigations and surveillance, identify and deter theft, and maintain accurate paperwork and relationships with store management. Promote safety, confidentiality, and integrity; support shrink reduction initiatives and cooperate with law enforcement as needed. Requires excellent communication, investigative/analytical skills, basic computer and time-management abilities, and the flexibility to work a schedule that supports store needs.
