Job Summary
Retail Loss Prevention Detective responsible for executing store loss prevention and safety programs, conducting apprehensions within policy, communicating shrink initiatives to store associates, identifying and resolving internal and external theft, and participating in investigations and surveillance. Maintain confidentiality, provide courteous customer service, coordinate shrink-related activities with Store Management, adhere to labor laws and procedures, and contribute to a safe store environment. Requires ability to observe, deter dishonesty, handle evidence, and engage with police or legal activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years retail or security experience
- Excellent communication skills
