Job Summary
Guard premises, patrol, and monitor stores to prevent theft, violence, and rule infractions. Provide loss prevention support through policies and procedures, assist police with shoplifter apprehensions, and conduct opening/closing procedures. Perform safety audits, fire prevention inspections, answer alarms, and handle insurance investigations. Requires prior retail loss prevention experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and availability for varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and early openings. Starting rate is $16.00 per hour with medical benefits, 401(k) match, and weekly pay.
