Job Summary
Guard premises, monitor for theft or infractions, and respond to alarms as part of the retail operations team. Provide loss prevention support through policies, procedures, and personal involvement, while assisting police with shoplifter apprehensions. Conduct store opening and closing procedures, perform safety and fire prevention audits, and handle insurance inspections and investigations. Prior experience in retail loss prevention is preferred, along with strong communication and analytical skills. Availability for varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and early openings is required.
