Job Summary
Contribute to the growth of your career by supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and store management, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty, and wearing a body worn camera. Support a positive customer shopping experience, maintain strong partnerships with store teams, adhere to company policies, and uphold the brand. Maintain a front-of-store presence, respond to customer requests, observe and report suspicious behavior, perform safety sweeps with management, document incidents in AIIM Case Management, and perform other duties as assigned. Must have strong communication, decision-making, and time-management skills and be able to stand for extended periods. Location: Richmond, VA.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years retail or security experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Sound decision making skills
- Ability to take initiative and perform well independently
- Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively
- Able to stand for long periods of time
