Job Summary
Retail Loss Prevention Associate II supporting District Loss Prevention and Store Management by acting as a visual deterrent to deter theft, wearing a Body Worn Camera, and ensuring customer safety and positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include monitoring front-of-store areas, responding to customer requests, observing and reporting suspicious activity, conducting closing safety sweeps, complying with company policies, and collaborating with store teams. Requires strong communication, independent initiative, and the ability to stand for long periods in a retail environment. Location: Green Bay, WI. Starting pay range $13.30–$18.60/hour.
Required Qualifications
