Job Summary
Contribute to store loss prevention and Customer experience by supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management; act as a visible deterrent to prevent loss, wear a Body Worn Camera, maintain a front-of-store presence, greet customers, respond to requests, observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents, perform a closing safety sweep, adhere to company policies, and document incidents. Requires strong verbal/written communication, sound judgment, ability to work independently, and the stamina to stand for long periods; engages in store operations and partnerships with store teams to protect the brand and safety.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years retail or security experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Sound decision making skills
- Ability to take initiative and perform well independently
- Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively
- Maintain front-of-store presence and respond to customer requests as directed
- Observing and reporting suspicious behavior or incidents
- Comfort with documentation and case management (AIIM)
