Retail Loss Prevention Associate II

Loss Prevention Associate II supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by acting as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty and by wearing a Body Worn Camera. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive customer experience, partnering with store teams, exercising sound judgment to ensure safety, standing at the front of the store or in a department, responding to customer requests, observing and reporting suspicious behavior or incidents, performing a closing safety sweep with management, adhering to company policy, documenting incidents in AIIM Case Management, and performing other duties as assigned. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication, sound decision making, initiative, and the ability to work independently, with 0-2 years of retail or security experience.
