Job Summary
Assist customers with frame and lens selection and dispense optical products by interpreting prescriptions and communicating insurance benefits. Use the SERVE sales process to identify customer needs, provide accurate product information, and ensure proper lens/framing recommendations. Maintain HIPAA compliance, HIPAA-related privacy practices, and a clean, organized dispensing area. Ensure price accuracy, support lab communications with prescriptions, and participate in ongoing training. Requires state licensure for ophthalmic dispensing and a high school diploma or equivalent. Part-time role with a pay range of $27-$40.50 per hour.
