Retail Licensed General Manager

Manage store profitability by setting and exceeding financial goals while engaging regularly with doctors to address business needs and patient experience. Prepare daily operations by managing incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services. Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to ensure a flawless customer journey from appointment to pickup. Remove obstacles and resolve issues within the patient experience as they arise. Lead and improve all broad operational activities to meet store goals. Requires current State Opticians License, three years of related experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
