Job Summary
Retail Lease Paralegal for a multi-faceted real estate development company in Southwest Florida. Responsibilities include drafting leases and amendments, general lease administration, coordinating with Leasing, Legal, and Property Management teams, maintaining electronic real estate files, tracking critical dates (renewals, terminations, use clauses), preparing notices (lease extensions, estoppels, SNDA-related documents, and other legal notices), supervising routing and distribution of real estate documents, coordinating Certificates of Insurance, attending leasing meetings, and providing legal support for landlord-tenant matters. Requires 5+ years of experience in retail lease administration and the ability to manage portfolio documentation and coordination across internal teams.
