Job Summary
Lead and coach the retail team to deliver superior client experiences while driving sustainable sales growth and achieving agreed goals. Manage daily workflow, train staff, provide feedback, and oversee inventory processes including receipting, stock control, and waste reduction. Maintain high standards of retail presentation, safety, and seasonal promotions while collaborating closely with clinical teams to offer practical solutions for clients. Requires 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in an agricultural or veterinary setting, with strong Microsoft Office skills and a current driver's licence.
