Job Summary
Retail Lead role supporting Retail Manager to ensure efficient store operations across locations. Key duties include training and backing up the Retail Manager, demonstrating product knowledge and pricing policies, assisting with NPS markups and deli processes, maintaining product knowledge focused on local/regional specifics, assisting with store setup, merchandising, and inventory control, handling guest inquiries, processing payments at POS, preparing end-of-shift reports and deposits, ensuring compliance with ISO quality/environmental policies, maintaining confidentiality, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires independent work capability, strong customer service, ability to work varied shifts, proficiency with POS systems, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in leadership or supervisory roles is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College Diploma or equivalent experience
- Two years retail experience preferred
- Two years leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
- Gain efficiency with Retail Pro system or comparable POS system
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally and handle physical exertion involving bending, twisting, and squatting.
