Job Summary
Lead a team of 200+ Retail Sales Associates across the 12+ Rogers Centre locations during the 2026 baseball season, supervising, training, and evaluating staff to deliver best-in-class fan service. Motivate and develop Jays Shop team members, coordinate end-of-day reporting, manage inventory and visual standards, and escalate or resolve fan and staff issues in a professional, inclusive environment. Open/close locations as needed, support management with coaching, performance evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive revenue through high-energy leadership in a fast-paced, events-driven seasonal role (February–November 2026) with a focus on customer service, adherence to WE CARE values, and maintaining standards for safety, merchandising, and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work 90% or more home games (evenings, weekends, and holidays) and other Rogers Centre concerts/events as required.
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience required; experience in a leadership or supervisory role strongly preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A team player with a collaborative frame of mind.
- Knowledge and understanding of baseball and the Toronto Blue Jays; must adhere to the Toronto Blue Jays mission and policies.
