Job Summary
Retail Lead at Goodwill Industries of New Mexico (GINM) responsible for delivering strong customer service, training employees, assisting with planning and directing store operations, cash handling and asset security, supervision of the sales floor and donation center, and supporting the Store Manager. Requires ability to read/write English, knowledge of retail operations and cash management, and the ability to work extended hours. Emphasizes leadership, training, accountability, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting sales through merchandising and customer service. Location: Clovis, NM, US; Schedule includes 38 hours/week at $14.75/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two years retail work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
