Job Summary
Lead a Nike Battersea team to deliver world-class consumer service and a premium brand experience. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate team members while supporting daily business to achieve sales targets across digital services, visual merchandising, the sales floor, and promotional campaigns. You will identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership and act as a brand ambassador for Nike initiatives, ensuring adherence to Nike standards and guidelines. You will support three areas: COMMERCIAL (receiving, inventory, visual standards, and monthly launches), ATHLETE EXPERIENCE (ensuring high-quality athlete experience), and CONSUMER EXPERIENCE (delivering exceptional sales floor service and shaping the consumer journey). Key skills include customer service, retail experience, effective communication, brand ambassadorship, collaboration, and the ability to apply product sales techniques. Flexible with scheduling, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
