Retail Lead | Auto Parts

Retail Lead responsible for supporting store operations, supervising and motivating the retail team, delivering friendly customer service, coaching staff, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, executing sales and marketing initiatives, managing office admin tasks (phones, cash drawers, paperwork, supplies), supporting training and onboarding, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs. Must lead by example with core values (Respect, Help, Learn & Grow), promote safety and environmental stewardship, and be able to work flexible retail hours including weekends, overtime, and holidays. Strong communication, multitasking, and physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
