Support store management in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean environment. Act as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager, serving as a role model with a positive attitude and deep product knowledge. Drive store success by achieving sales goals, supporting local marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and inventory management. Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising guidelines while delivering authentic customer service.
