Retail Keyholder - Merrell

Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean environment. Act as a role model by demonstrating positive attitudes, authentic customer service, and deep product knowledge to create lasting impressions. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics by supporting local marketing efforts and driving store success. Take ownership of stock management, execute visual merchandising guidelines, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and inventory policies. Maintain general store security and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a salary range of $12.00 to $15.75.
