Job Summary
Lead by example to train team members on Chrome Hearts standards, including product knowledge, selling techniques, and visual merchandising. Manage client and staff needs during shifts, handling store openings, closings, and special orders for repairs or custom requests. Drive sales by curating relationships, exceeding goals, and adhering to CRM requirements while maintaining visual integrity through stocking and display updates. Process transactions via POS systems and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and physical checks. Represent the brand positively and build strong relationships with management and peers while following all retail policies and health and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High degree of integrity working with sensitive information
- Recommended minimum of 2 years of Sales experience to include running the salesfloor, luxury retail preferred
- Possess leadership skills, training abilities and organization
- Strong drive for results; goal oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
- Proficient in the use of a POS system
- Strong team player
- Flexible availability to include working some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk and climb stairs
- Ability to use arm, hands, and fingers to perform basic retail duties
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Foreign language skills are a plus
