Job Summary
Engage customers with expert product advice to ensure perfect fits and drive sales toward store targets. Supervise daily operations including opening and closing procedures, execute merchandising plans, and manage inventory routines while maintaining security protocols. Mentor team members on customer service, sales techniques, and operational standards to foster a respectful environment. Proactively identify and resolve in-store challenges to maintain smooth shopping experiences. Requires ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
