Job Summary
As a Retail Key Holder (Floor Leader) at Skechers, you’ll assume an essential Retail Leadership role, overseeing daily operations, mentoring the team, and supporting sales goals to maintain a premium shopping environment. Responsibilities include supervising store opening/closing, ensuring security, merchandising plans, restocking, maintaining store cleanliness, coaching team members in customer service and daily operations, and contributing to achievement of store and individual sales targets. The role emphasizes leadership development within a global brand, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. Requirements include the ability to work a varied schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays), strong problem-solving and organizational skills, confidentiality, and effective communication across all levels. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor experience considered advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
